Start at yourname.eu1.cuzy.app (or the server of your region), get yourname.cuzy.app when you subscribe, rename it when you like, then point your own domain or subdomain. Certificates are automatic.
Notification emails leave through an authenticated sending domain with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, monitored for deliverability. Business can send from its own domain.
One container, one database, one file store and one cache namespace per customer. Resources are capped so a neighbor can never slow you down.

Everything you know from HumHub is there. A "CUZY Hosting" screen in the administration shows your plan, usage, trial days and lets you open a support ticket.
Your customer dashboard shows status, usage statistics, availability, activity log, domains and invoices; download or restore a backup, open the read-only SFTP access to the code and files. Change plan, rename, add a domain or delete the community yourself.

Every line of code we install for you is open source and readable through your read-only SFTP access, and a complete export of your data is one click away in your dashboard. Run the same community on your own server or with another provider, HumHub's own hosting included. Stop whenever you want: the remaining days of your paid period are refunded pro rata.
