The website CUZY.app and the hosted HumHub communities run on cloud servers operated by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany (hetzner.com). The website itself is hosted in Germany; each hosted community runs in the region its customer chose: Germany (EU), the USA or Singapore (APAC). Encrypted backups are stored with Backblaze, Inc. in the same region as the community, except for Singapore communities, whose backups are stored in the United States. HumHub is a trademark of HumHub GmbH & Co. KG, Germany. CUZY is an independent business and a HumHub partner; it is not affiliated with HumHub GmbH & Co. KG. CUZY modules are dual-licensed as described in the module license. The content of this website is protected by copyright; quotations with attribution are welcome.
CUZY provides a hosting service under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act). Its single point of contact for the authorities of the Member States, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services (Article 11), and for the users of its services (Article 12), is contact@cuzy.app; every message is read by a person. You can write in English or French.
To report content you consider illegal on CUZY.app or in a community hosted by CUZY (Article 16), write to that address with: the address (URL) of the content, why you consider it illegal, your name and email address, and a statement that you believe in good faith that your report is accurate and complete. We confirm receipt, decide without undue delay, inform the community's administrators, and tell you our decision and how to contest it.
These pages and the services of CUZY are governed by the terms of service. Unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction stated in those terms.
