Pre-fill survey fields from the profile or the URL

When a member answers a survey, the fields can be pre-filled with the current date, a profile field or a value passed as a parameter in the URL.

Set up dynamic values

In the settings of the survey, click on "Dynamic values filling":

Add dynamic default values to the form:
