Sub-surveys: create a survey for each answer

Create a survey automatically for each answer, from a template: the title and description of the new survey come from the answer, its fields from the template.

Use case: a bookcase with a review survey for each book

1. Create a main survey

2. Create the sub-survey

Create a second survey. This sub-survey can be in another space, or be a global survey in the main administration:

Select the "Template" state in its settings:

3. Select the template that creates a sub-survey for each new book

In the advanced settings of the main survey, tick "Retrieve title and description from the answer" and select the template:

1. Create a main survey

2. Create the sub-survey

3. Select the template that creates a sub-survey for each new book

4. Add a new book by answering the main survey

5. A new "reviewing" sub-survey is created for each book

6. Now everyone can review the book
